Antistrophe (ἀντιστροφή turning about) is the repetition of the same word or phrase at the end of successive clauses.
ὅστις δ᾽ ἐν τῷ πρώτῳ λόγῳ τὴν ψῆφον αἰτεῖ ὅρκον αἰτεῖ, νόμον αἰτεῖ, δημοκρατίᾱν αἰτεῖ whoever in his first speech asks for your vote as a favour, asks the surrender of your oath, asks the surrender of the law, asks the surrender of the democratic constitution 3.198.
